Q: Questioni can't seem to find anyone that sells the rear filler kit? i have called Samsung and they told me to call J&J parts and they do not sell it? can you find anyone that sells this item???

• A:Answer No, the exhaust is comming out in the rear top. You need to have a exhaust fan over the oven to disperse the heat!

• A:Answer There’s an app you can download but you can’t turn the oven on through the app. You can however shut it off and set a preheat temp and if someone is home they can press the on button. It tells you when it’s on and when it turns off but I haven’t been able to find a way to have it alert me when the cook timer goes off.

Q: QuestionIs there a heat loss through the split in the door when the divider is not in place? ie is the door hot, can you feel heat escaping through the split when the oven is on and the door is closed?

• A:Answer I can answer one question. It does have timer and shuts off. You can also turn it off from an ap on your phone if you hook it up to your wifi. However, my experience so far, I wouldn't recommend it.

Q: QuestionWhen I'm using the top portion of the oven and set it to convection bake, the broiler is what is heating the top portion of the oven. Is this how others' ovens are? This burns anything cooked in the top oven.

• A:Answer It's probably the cooking time that needs to be adjusted in your recipe. Took me a while to realize it cooks so much faster with convection. a 30min cook time might only need 20 min or less. And it's a smaller space than a full size oven so not as long to heat. Try that! I love this oven!

• A:Answer The steel top is very easy to clean because the caps to the burners come right off. HOWEVER just as with any cooktop (and maybe even more so with any stainless top) it is absolutely IMPORTANT you are careful putting the grates into place whenever you are cleaning up. Cast iron will have no problem scratching stainless, or just about anything else to be honest. Hope that helps, we absolutely love this range so far
