Mine is fine. You do have to be careful cleaning it and it shows streaks easily so it takes forever to get it shiny for someone like me who can't stand streak. I have to shine it even if I boil water. It does look great though. I am using "Weiman Glass Cook Top cleaner and polish". very gentle and gets rid of any grease without leaving a scratch.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I read the same review which has steered me clear of Samsung products. Now another on this same page of a customer who purchased this range and had oven temp. problems. Best Buy replaced the range with a second one. However, she is having the same problems and apparently waited past the 30 day exchange time frame and is now trying to deal with Samsung. Based on the review of this bubbling enamel issue, I feel very bad for her and would recommend to you and anyone who would ask me: STEER CLEAR OF SAMSUNG.

I can't speculate about a particular issue that may have occurred, but would note that when used and maintained correctly (including using soap and water to clean the cook top as opposed to harsh chemicals that could potentially lead to damage) the surface of the NX58J7750SS is designed to withstand the temperatures generated by the burners. - Ms. Samsung

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have absolutely no problem what so ever keeping my enamel paint clean, it depends on what type cleaning products you use, when you find one that truly works well stick with it. I also do not use paper towels on my enamel paint, it does scratch, regardless of what others say. I use a very soft cloth and believe me my enamel is so shiny that my neighbors ask me what I use. Find what product works well for your taste. I have no streak marks on my enamel. I cannot understand what would make your cooktop start to bubble, that baffles me. Something would have had to spill over, or a cleaning product that should not have been used, could do that. That puzzles me. I have a friend who has had this oven for around 7 months will no problems at all in any way. My oven is shiny new all the time with no streak marks at all but I keep my appliances up also that is just me. I also if I start to see dust, clean it up right away. A duster or a very soft paint brush, get little niblets out of the cooktop and work well. I am baffled as to why your cooktop has started to bubble, I have never heard of this. I would also do a search on this if I were you and contact the store where you purchased your oven.
