Q: QuestionMy Samsung android phone overnight burned up at the base where the adapter connects to charge. It is melted totally. My question is, when I opened it the sim card looks like it was not burned. Can it still retain any of my information. I am 73 years

- A:Answer I did not see a slot for a dual sim card. It has three slots, but I believe it is for the micro SD and which ever carrier you choose to activate with. I have not tested out the possibility of using a dual sims card. Hope this helped!

Q: Questionhow long does it take for this phone to go to the place where you can make a call the place that has the aps? is it slow to warm up before going to that page? does it have a headphone jack?

- A:Answer It has a headphone jack. Works with blue tooth also. Once it is activated you can make calls when you wish. If you completely turn the phone off rather then stand by it might be a couple of minutes before it is in use- then you swipe the front to get into it (or Faceprint) then put the code in with keyboard. Mine is always on stand by so it is just a swipe and punch in 4 numbers an ready to go in 10 seconds.
