- Answer If it's a new extra line activation I think you will get the discount but you have to do it there at the store they told me it had to be with AT&T Sprint Verizon or T-Mobile to get discount

- Answer If you purchase unlocked phone it will work with different carriers but you will need to check with your carrier if they support that model of the phone before making such purchase. It works great with our Sim card. We live in U.S.
