I was able to do it from home. All you will need is your Sprint pin or secret answer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes, i bought this phone to replace a Sprint phone i had. They hooked it up at Best Buy & everything. The phone basically pulled all my old info (texts, pics, etc) from the last back up updated from the previous night so basically didnt have to do anything. Think Sprint just charged a $10 "connection fee"... but so far thats it. So glad didnt waste over a $1K on a new phone cuz this 1 does all the same things the new fancy ones do

Its been a bumpy road in recent years with service quality. However, I have always been well cared for in the corporate stores. My only suggestion is just that.... Go find the closest corporate store. I just recently purchased the Note 10 in the last year and I took it to the corporate store (Now TMobile) and had them put a new Sim chip in. Made my phone operate with better service reception so far.

There is usually an activation charge regardless of where it comes from. Save an unnecessary step and go to a Best Buy, get the phone and have them activate it in store.
