Where is a access to voice mail? Icon? null

There is a voicemail icon. It is red and has two white circles with a line underneath. It kind of looks like upside-down glasses. Mine was on the same page as the settings and the other Samsung app icons.

Voicemail is located along with the other apps, alphabetically. So one of the last. It does not appear as a phone tab (which is weird).
