• It will work with anything compatible with the galaxy note line of phones as it is using the same spen technology. It also *should* work with any pen compatible with wacom EMR technology as that is what the spen is based on. It will *NOT* work with surface pens as they are based on n-trig.

• I don't think Surface or Wacom styluses will work, but I heard some other Spens, Stadtler pencils, and EMR enabled styluses are compatible because they use the same technology. So there appears to be a few possible alternatives.
