“My Samsung (I've had it for about a month) keeps closing down all my programs when it goes into sleep mode. And now it has decided that it doesn't want to wake up until I hard restart it. Samsung tech support told me to reinstall Windows. Still no luck”

• Mine is doing exactly the same thing. Had to hard restart it 4 times today while craming for a test. Everytime I take a break.

• I think my Samsung is acting the same way. I will have to contact Tech support then,
