- Answer My drive has 397 GB free from the 461 GB of capacity (, but that includes stuff I downloaded after getting it, like some applications and downloads in my user folder, as well as Valorant, approximately 20-25GB. I would imagine you would have ~420GB available, accounting for Windows 10 and preinstalled apps.

QuestionAfter I installed all the initial updates, the estimated battery life fluctuates without any specific reason (e.g., in one 30min sitting of amazon browsing), It will go from 2hrs, to 9hrs, to 6hrs, to 11hrs. Has this happened to anyone else?

- Answer According to our 20 days experiance it was not good laptop , at the first week the headphone not working and we can feel the laptop going overheat. We went back to Best Buy to return it or fix it they said after 14 days there is no return even with COVID-19 return policy, also they tried to fix the micriphone but couldn't, they adviced us to contact samsung. So we don't recommend this laptop to be used especially after spending more than $1K then those issues appear and don't know what will happen after month or longer .
