I think any S Pen will work with the Galaxy Book Pro 360. I bought mine refurbished and it did not come with a S Pen and bought a "Samsung S21 Ultra Pen Black". I also have a Samsung Galaxy s7 tablet and that S Pen also works. I recently purchased a Galaxy S22 Ultra and that S Pen also works. I guess it depends on how big you want the S Pen or how much you are willing to spend. Hope that helps.
