Yes, the Galaxy Book3 360 does indeed have the option for a backlit keyboard. In fact, there is a hot key that is dedicated to accomplishing this along with pressing F9. - Answer The ram is soldered to the motherboard - not installable modules. It is not easily upgradable. Buy the computer with the amount of RAM that you want.

- Answer Type "check for updates" on your search bar located in the left bottom of your desktop screen. After the page is loaded, click check for updates and give it at least an hour to finish all essential updates at the first time you use the laptop. This update process will ensure your laptop receive the latest and critical updates from Windows and Office apps prior to first time use.
