To enable your backlit keyboard on your Galaxy Book4 Edge, press the FN and F9 keys simultaneously. In regard to Windows Hello, your Galaxy Book4 Edge's standard webcam does not have the necessary infrared capability needed for facial recognition.   • QuestionDoes this have to be attached to a specific phone service in order to make telephone calls or can you do it through Wi-Fi?

The Galaxy Book4 Edge cannot directly make phone calls requiring a cellular service plan. However, you can make and receive calls on your Galaxy Book4 Edge using the Call & text on other devices feature if you have a connected Samsung Galaxy phone with active service.   • QuestionHow do you enable the backlit keyboard? Pressing the FN / F9 buttons only turns screen off
