Hello there Brandy, thanks for taking the time to ask us your question about the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge. The Galaxy Book4 Edge cannot directly make phone calls requiring a cellular service plan. However, you can make and receive calls on your Galaxy Book4 Edge using the Call & text on other devices feature if you have a connected Samsung Galaxy phone with active service.
