Try disconnecting and reconnecting. Does it say both charged when you open case and connected? Is it with samsung phone?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would disconnect the ear buds from your phone. Wipe your ear buds & charging base to make sure the connection is true and recharge until the green light comes on and reinstall/connect to your phone. Hopefully this work Larry
