Q: QuestionMy left earbud no longer stays in sync and drops the sound. I've tried to re-pair on Bluetooth and it works for a while and then drops out again. Any ideas?

• A:Answer I'm not 100% sure but if they don't connect directly to your tv you would need a bluetooth USB adapter to plug into tv. Check to see if they work with bluetooth usb adapters as I have not tried. Hope this helps and good luck.

• A:Answer There is an ambient function that turns up how high or low other noise comes in. You can have it on high and it allows you to hear very well with people talking or other noise. Or you can have it where you hear almost nothing. I use mine in a a work setting and they work great.

• A:Answer If you work in a noisy factory, I wouldn't buy the Buds+. I do not work in a noisy environment, but live downtown in the city, I listen to podcasts, music and phone conversations all the time while I'm on the street. These buds do not produce the volume that allows me to hear ANYTHING coming through the speakers! Sitting alone in my office the sound volume and quality is good (not great, but good). I was disappointed that the Ambient Aware feature could not overcome this deficiency.
