“My Galaxy Fit no longer tracks footsteps. This happened after I had to fully recharge it and update it. It does register on my app. We've tried several ways to correct it with no success. Do you have suggestions?”

Besides powering it off and then back on I don't have an answer as I haven't had that problem.
