“My wife's Galaxy Fit no longer tracks footsteps. It's been charged, updated on the watch, and had a new software update. I'm still not able to get it to work. Suggestions?”

Mine did this a while back and I did pretty much everything that you did. I used the watch til it died and left it to charge up for a while. When it came back to life, it was working again. I don't know if this helps, but sometimes a hard reboot is all it needs.
