A:AnswerGood luck in talking with someone at Samsung in the USA. It has a one year warranty...but you have to send it off and they will decide if it is faulty or not....discounting completely that it must be faulty if you're having problems. Duhhhh
A:AnswerWell, there is a SIM card kit you will need for activation of the unlocked phone. I do not recall if it included one specifically for T- mobile or not. However, the Best Buy reps can help with that part. I bought my phone from a Best Buy store.
