• Depending on the plan you choose you usually get a set number of minutes, texts and MBs of cellular data. To your question, yes you can use your plans internet anywhere. If you're connected to WiFi you should automatically be using data over WiFi which means that you're not using your plans set data limits. Away from WiFi though you are using your plans data but as long as you still have data remaining you'll be able to access the internet anywhere Tracfone has reception.
