Most emails are web based. You can download your email app or Facebook app to your phone, then login on your phone and download the photos to your apps directly from your phone. OR if you don’t want to download the apps to your phone, use the browser on your phone to access your email server or FB account and login and you can download the photos to those accounts directly using your phone. If your goal is to get them to your laptop for other reasons, email them to yourself from your email app or web based version, then open the email on your laptop and save the photos from there. You may be able to also use your USB cable to hook your phone up to your laptop and download them directly to your laptop that way. I suggest you refer to your user guide or search the internet for an answer also for connecting your phone to your laptop directly.
