• The tracfone Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown i found works great for what use i need.. Yes, it works with WIFI and yes it works with tracfone plans! I have had this phone for 3 mths now and it works great for what i need. I have had no issues. I hope this helps

• Not sure about WIFI calls, but it is a Tracphone and works perfectly with Tracphone.
