• The best thing to do is try it and see what happens. Lots of times if problems arise, it's not the adapter. It's the USB input on the device itself that is at fault (many times by manufacturer design).

• This is questionable. A lot depends on the printer as well. Give Samsung AND the printer company a call, and make sure they both give you the same answer.
