“Connecting to a HDMI projector. I purchased a Samsung Note 10.1/2014 edition 16 GB tablet from Best Buy #551, Plantation, Florida on 10 April, 2014. I wish to hook up the tablet to an Olympia Digital Galaxy X200 HDMI projector made by Texas Instruments. I tried using a Samsung AllShare Cast Wireless Hub HDTV adapter (also purchased from Best Buy) but that did not work. Is there a micro USB to HDMI adapter available to allow connection of the Note 10.1/2014 edition to the projector?”

After much checking and repeated chats online with Samsung representatives. I have been told that there are NO MHL-HDMI adapters for the model of the Note 10.1/2014 Edition 16 GB (SM-P600ZKYXAR) that I purchased from Best Buy on the 14, April,2014. Since I cannot connect to the projector that means I have wasted nearly $600 on the tablet and dongle which I hoped I could use in the classroom as a teaching aid. Yet there are other models of the Note 10.1/2014 Edition 16 GB for which Samsung does make adapters!!! My conclusion cannot be stated here...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.After months of searching I have finally been able to purchase an adapter that works with the Note 10.1 and the projector. The adapter is the Samsung HDTV Smart Adapter with MHL technology ET-H10FAUWESTA. i am now very happy with my tablet.
