To my knowledge no, there is not a data/LTE version of this tablet out. There are apps you can download such as skype that will allow you to talk or message over the device though if you are connect to Wi-Fi.

This tablet does not feature the capability to connect to a cellular network. However, you may connect to a WiFi network and use video conferencing and/or messaging apps to connect with family and friends.
