- Answer I bought this phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 3) directly from BestBuy website. I was under the impression it was new, but it WAS NOT. It did not come in original box. It came in an orange box and had a faulty s-pen. I returned it, and the receipt said I had bought a "Refurbished" model. Although there was no indication this phone was used and or refurbished.

- Answer I am wondering this also. My beloved Black Note 3 went swimming also. I bought a White Note 3 and it would not charge, the back cover was warped and cheaper feeling than the black. It also felt slightly lighter. I am looking for a black one now and they are SCARCE. Hmmm
