• Aluminium frame with plastic back battery cover. The aluminum is very nice with the design.

• It seems to be metal, except the removable back panel is plastic. It is very sturdy...I keep it in my purse with my keys, no protective covers on it at all, and do not have a single scratch or ding anywhere, not even the screen. I have also dropped it once on a hard floor & it still looks brand new.

• I'm not sure. I've heard metal and it has the feel of metal. However the back is a really thin piece of plastic that is just used to cover everything up. When it is off everything looks plastic, except around the edges.

• It has a metal frame with a removable plastic back so that you have access to the battery, micro SD card and simple card.
