hi have had mine about 3 weeks, came w/ version 3.1, and uploaded to KitKat 4.4 marshmallow, not yet available for this phone thru Samsung, if you feel strongly about it tho, i'm pretty sure there's a way to do it..there's always a go-round, could check u tube or google it, It does come with charge plug for north America, charge cord, extra tips and remover, and earplugs

Yes, I received the full package, new unopened. Includes an additional pen nib and removal tool, as well as a nice pair of wired headphones with volume and navigation controls. I was happy. I have not regretted going with a new stock older model. Got an additional battery and charger, which you can't do with the note 5, and the note 7...well, that issue happened after I decided to go for the 4. Zero regrets.
