• In buying from Best Buy, you can get credit for trading in your old phone which you can use towards the purchase of your new one. Also, Best Buys insurance is great. The same price, if not cheaper, than AT&T and there is not large deductible! I keep hoping they have them in store but no luck yet.

• If you're a rewards zone member you would get the points, which you could in turn use for future purchases. Also, a lot of times Best Buy is easier to deal with if problems arise.
