• It comes with Hancom Office (don't quote me on the name) but it's compatible and looks just like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. It works very well especially since you can multi screen up to 4 screens at a time. Some apps you can pull up duplicate screens and some you can not.

• No, but the Hancom Office that comes with it functions very much the same as Microsoft Office and reads and writes Office files. There are other office apps you can use as well that work with MS Office files.
