• The S pen is the only difference! Best buy was trying to say it had different processors but they do not. S Pen is it...have them bring BOTH boxes out for you and compare side to side with specs and you will be able to see.

• The only difference I know of is the NOTE pro has a stylus whereas the TAB does not. I have the note pro and love how it syncs with my phone- Note 3

• Note Pro has stylus and associated functionality whereas the Tab Pro doesn't. I'm glad I chose the Note Pro.

• The Note Pro has the ability to use a wacom stylus that is not compatible with normal tablets. Other than that the two are identical.
