Should I replace the built-in screen protector with a tempered glass screen protector? The sales rep said I shouldn't but I was wondering if anyone did and which one they recommend. null

I have seen mixed reviews on the glass ones. When I had a Zagg one on my Note8 I had alot of issues. So I kept it off. I wont bother with the Note10+

I ended up replacing it but now wish I had not. Samsungs screen protector was unique in that it didn't collect finger print smudges... which kept the phone clear after touching it a lot.

However, because I like privacy, I got an anti spy tempered glass screen protector. It works fine but the fingerprint smudges are everywhere. I wish Samsung just made their original screen protector anti spy.

I had a screen protector on my note 9, but it was redundant. I have a case with a screen cover and the protector I purchased kept coming off. I paid 79.00 for it too. If you are prone to scratching it or dropping it you probably should. I keep mine in my back pocket and no damage in 5 years.

I did and even though it said it worked with the finger print reader it did not. I had to purchase the crappy ones like the one the phone came with in order to use the finger print reader again.

If you are talking about the little plastic that is layed over the glass then Yes. a Glass screen protector is totally worth it.
