- Answer I was told by Customer Service that it would be 4G until it is available. And then you pay an extra $10 a month for 5G

- Answer My understanding is that the note plus and note plus 5g are the same except for the 5g. And the main difference between the plus and non plus is less ram and a smaller screen size

- Answer San Diego is one of the cities with 5G, but I believe you have to be near one of the 5G towers for it to work. I have seen 5G speeds of 1 GB/S to 2 GB/s (ie, 1000 MBPS to 2000 MBPS).

- Answer I just traded my note 9 in at Best Buy and they gave me 600 for my trade in plus a 50 dollar rebate. Total 650.00 which was a great deal. And 150 dollars voucher with Samsung... You can't go wrong

QuestionDoes the Note 10 plus have a good clear screen for viewing in daylight? Is there a night mode and how good is the picture taken at night?

- Answer HI Queenie, The phone does have a nice bright screen you can read in daylight. I am able to read texts, emails, websites, etc. outside with no problems. The camera does have a night mode and it works really well. I was able to take pictures in an almost pitch black room and it came out great.

QuestionI want to buy an Unlocked 5G Compatible to take to a different country (in EU). But the website keeps automatically selecting Verizon when I select an Unlocked 5G. Is it possible to buy Unlocked 5g Compatible only with no association to a network? Thanks

- Answer You can buy a factory unlocked version of the phone if you want, but might lose some functionality with the different carriers. I prefer Verizon and the added services they offer, but AT&T provides similar coverage and features (i.e. security and cloud features).

QuestionWhen the Note 10+ 5g was announce they said it will 3 choices 256 512 and 1TB But all I'm seeing available here in the United States is either 256g or the 512g so what happen to the 1Tb version with a sd card up to another 1TB? So it's a 2TB together.

- Answer What the Samsung rep said at Best Buy is that the 1 Terabyte internal hard drive version isn't available yet. They don't have a release date yet. What they believe Samsung is waiting for is to see which models sell the most. If more of the 512s are sold they will bring the 1 Terabyte to market quicker.
