The $349 price requires you to enter a 2-year contract with Verizon. Verizon's website says your Line Access Fee will increase by $20 per month (to $40 per smartphone) during the 2-year contract period. Your total cost over 2-years will be 349 + ($20 X 24months) = $829. There might be a slight increase in the monthly "surcharges, fees, & taxes" part of your bill, but I'm not sure of that amount. Verizon says there is no increase to your monthly Line Access Fee (stays at $20 per smartphone) if you purchase the phone outright ($849.99 + any sales tax at BestBuy) or on the Device Payment Plan (without a 2-year contract requirement), for $36 per month for 24 months ($864). Total cost will end up very close either way so go with what works best for you. Full disclosure: I already pre-ordered mine with BestBuy, it's a great phone! Also, I'm not affiliated with Best Buy or Verizon, I just thought you might need a bit more info.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can preorder with a 2 year contract price from Best Buy. If you mean the monthly fee (Device payment) You wouldn't have both fees. It would be just how you choose to upgrade. But I would suggest going into the store and having them look at your plan to see what plan and price fits you best.
