- Answer When I purchased my Note8 on bestbuy.com last week using the monthly payment plan for Verizon, I don’t remember seeing an option to make a downpayment. You can probably pay additional monies in a month or two using your account “My Verizon” on Verizon.com.

- Answer The $24.41 or $350 off deal ended after cyber Monday. It just so happen my contact on my Note 5 ended on cyber Monday so I got the $24.41 deal. Since Verizon automatically charge $20 per month for contracts customers my net increase on purchasing the Note 8 is $4.41.

QuestionI pre-ordeed the Note 8 in September and traded my Note 5 in for the $480 in bill credits, which I am receiving. I am also supposed to get and additional $150 in bill credits for pre-ordering, which i have not received yet. Please help. Thank you.

- Answer Well the 150 come off when you complete the purchase at Best buy. The 480 is split between 24 months from Verizon

- Answer My work discount doesn’t apply to devices such as the Note8. It does apply to certain accessories and plan charges.

- Answer No. The credit score will determine whether you have to put a down payment on the phone or not. It will also determine how much of a down payment must be put down.

- Answer If you have the ability to upgrade early which I believe is standard with any new contracts, all you have to do is pay the remaining amount due on the phone to upgrade early.
