A:AnswerGo to Bestbuy store, they have plenty of it. It takes at least an hour to have it activated and switch your old phones information and number. If you have files stored on your old phone like mine it may take longer.
A:AnswerI had to fill out a short form then upload a copy of my sales receipt. Once it was approved I received verification from Samsung along with a time frame when the memory card and charger will be shipped.
A:AnswerHi. Thanks for reaching out to us. I certainly hate to hear you don't like your device. In order to get a trade-in credit for your S7 Edge towards the purchase of a Note 8, the device would have to be paid for with a zero balance. Thanks for contacting us, and have a wonderful day.
A:AnswerAs explained to me by a Best Buy employee who set up my phone. Best Buy will not match the price because each provider sets their own price. So, depending on your provider determines what you will pay. I asked the same thing when I noticed the Note 8 cheaper on Amazon.
A:AnswerBest Buy does not currently offer services through T-Mobile. You are going to have to contact T-mobile directly or go to one of their stores. Unfortunately, the Best Buy discounts will not be available to you. T-Mobile is, however, offering a buy one get one free deal.
A:AnswerIt seems you don't have an answer bc they don't want to bear the bad news. Simultaneous Voice and data right now is a no go, "still working on network to provide this" is what I get from them, but service is fast though and is constantly improving. The last phone to give Voice and data was note 3 due to the type of antenna used. The pre-order situation would require you to come out of pocket and after 2 months from activation you would get reimbursed for all the extra charges/ start seeing your savings to reflect offer. Hope this helps. I've been with sprint about 15 years, I guess they alright :-)
A:AnswerI pre-ordered the (Sprint) Note 8. I received an email yesterday stating that my Note 8 has been shipped. I followed the tracking number given for UPS and it shows it's in process.
A:AnswerIt did the samething when I tried it too at Best buy.com. I had to go into the store for them to get me two phones. My problem was that it was to close the the end of my contract for it to process online.
