To get the wireless AKG headphones I’m pretty sure you have to send proof of purchase to Samsung. They will than ship the AKG headphones to you. That’s what I had to do when they had a similar promotion.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to download the samsung app on your new note 9 once your note 9 comes in. From there you go to the promotions page and follow the prompts. It will have you also show proof of purchase. For me I just took a photo of the receipt that came in my package and sent it through one of these prompts. Once you fo that your all set.
