I pre-ordered my Galaxy Note 9 3 days before they were to be available on August 24th. I received an email from Best Buy saying my phone would be available to pick up on Aug. 24th, I called and made an appointment then went in and picked it up. The Best Buy service techs did an excellent job and I am enjoying my new phone.
