You have to go to the store. Buy online return in store do the trade in.

Please try again later.The way I did it was I had to go in store in trade in my qualifying phone and they gave me a gift card and the coupon and then I just asked them to order the unlocked phone through the stores ordering system and although it’s said to be determined two days after I’m holding the phone in my hand. This offer is only available in store unfortunately and cannot be used for any type of online orders they have to be done in store physically.
