Depends on when you ordered the device. According to the best buy site its only available by shipping only, so I doubt there will be in store phones unless you buy one online or go into the store and get it pre-ordered. But the pre-order deadline probably passed by now. I ordered mine on the 10th and they told me it would be available the 24th.

If you’re still waiting for your pre-order go ahead and walk into your nearest Best Buy and place a new regular order for the 512 version unlocked and select ship to home as your fulfillment method and they should ship it from whatever store in the country has it available and it should take two to 5 days.
