    • Answer The Galaxy S10 has a resolution of 1440 x 3040, while the S10 Lite is 1080 x 2400, and in combination with the different screen sizes that means the former has a pixel density that's much higher than the latter.

    • Answer It is different in size from the S10. Because it is a new model, accessories are just starting to show up. I purchased the Spigen Rugged Armor #ACS00676 in Matte Black (made in South Korea) from Amazon and it is specifically designed for the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite. I also purchased 2 Ranyi Armor Cases (made in China) also available from Amazon. The Armor Case features a 360 rotation ring that fits a magnetic car holder and the Hybrid Rugged Armor with a flimsy kickstand and has red accented power on/off and volume up/down buttons. I have been amazed at the life of the 4500 mAh battery. It stands up to a full day of hard use and still has 1/3 reserve capacity remaining. The triple rear camera is a bonus and don't worry about the lack of wireless charging. The included 25 watt fast charger (USB-C to USB-C) has you back to a full charge in less than an hour. I needed to pick up some extra USB-C to USB-A cables for use with my car chargers because my current phones use Lightning cables or Micro-USB.

    • Answer It's the model number. There are two variants of the s10 lite. The one you have asked about is the international variant. If you live in the United States, get the model: SM-g770u1 as that will work with any carrier within the United States. The G770u1 also has 8gb of RAM as compared to 6, and is the only one that is compatible with every cell phone company in the United States!

  • QuestionWhat is the difference between a s10 lite and s10e?

    • Answer S10e has smaller, has a smaller battery, but it is glass and metal frame, has wireless charging, headphone jack, and maybe a slightly better camera. The s10 lite has a much larger screen, a bigger batter (1500 mAh difference), but no headphone jack, the back is glastic (plastic that seems like glass?), maybe a slightly worse camera, and it has super fast charging. I actually sold my s10e with accessories and bought the S10 Lite.

    • Answer I will admit, as someone who owes this phone, the word "lite" in the name does make it a bit confusing. But to answer your question, this phone is actually more akin to the new galaxy models releases this year, and therefore should be named the galaxy s20 lite. There are no other "lite" phones that come with a top of the line flagship processor, and a camera setup that is also the best in class and used by every major premium phone last year.

  • Questionwill a sim card from my old Samsung J7 work in this phone to switch my plan to?

    • Answer Yes it should, they both use nano sim cards. The only way it might not is if the J7 you have was purchased with the plan itself and not unlocked as well, if it has the carrier "Splash screen" as in you see the cell phone provider pop up when the phone is booting up, you may have to go to the store in order to get another sim card from them. Reason being is because they lock their sim cards to the specific device, unless your device is unlocked. Hopefully this helps!

  • QuestionThis phone says it’s “unlocked” so if a buy it and activate it at checkout will it be locked to said carrier? I know Best Buy sells unlocked phones that are “universal”. So is this phone fully unlocked? I don’t want that lock to first carrier crap
