• A:Answer No, Best Buy would not accept them. And, Verizon customer service declined to apply my device dollars after phone purchase at BB since phone was not purchased from a Verizon company store. Still, BB had a better price than Verizon

The offer is redeemed through Samsung.com or the Samsung Shop app after the phone is released. All you have to do is attach a screenshot of your receipt showing that you pre-ordered the phone as proof of purchase and they will mail you the ear buds.

• A:Answer Hello DoubleJ, that's a really good question! All S10's come with a pre-installed plastic screen protector already installed. The free screen protector is designed to work with all the features of the phone, including the in-display fingerprint reader. If another screen protector is installed on top of the pre-installed screen protector it will cause issues with the fingerprint sensor, and with touchscreen recognition. ^Elizabeth

• A:Answer Yes. Everything that's on your sim card will be on your S10 if you move it over, but it doesn't automatically make everything on your phone move over. If you are wanting to transfer everything from your S9 to your S10 just use Smart Switch. It's already on both phones and it's developed by Samsung, so it works flawlessly.

• A:Answer Not really. It depends on which Galaxy you want. If you want the S20 then expect to PAY for it. Same goes for newer Iphones. I just got an S10, and It does what I need it to do. Early release new phones are just like early release new cars, or anything else that is new, or as I like to call it Bleeding edge. Give it some time for the bugs to get worked out, and then read the reviews from people that have been using the device for a while. look at the negative reviews first, and look for problems that others have had, and when they had them. Have the bugs been fixed? Do they affect what you want to do with the phone, or can you live with it? If you want to be a beta tester, then you get to PAY for the privilege. Or get Last years model, and you have a more stable platform, that will quite probably do everything you need it to do, and have fewer problems along the way. Just my 2 cents.

• A:Answer The Verizon rep at the Best Buy I go to was extremely knowledgeable on the phone plans and sales of devices. He went out of his way to research the sales to confirm. I was able to get "real unlimited " data by using auto pay for 5 devices. Plus, my phone was a buy one get one deal from Samsung and the "buy one" was on sale by almost half off! My rep also explained how my 1st bill would look and then how it would look after the first bill. I got a great deal on my phones and my Verizon plan! Best Buy phone sales person did not disappoint!! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely interested in helping me get the best deal!!
