A:Answer Transferring from an S7 to an S10 was easy and did not require changing SIM cards. The S10, similar yet different than S10+, but the S10 came with its own Sim card. Transfer of app, contacts, pictures etc was done via cord or wireless transfer, from old to new phone. I changed out Sim cards when I first got my S10, because that's what was done in the past, the phone didn't work. I called the customer service and that's when I found out and then I needed to switch back to the SIM card that came with the phone
