• Buy one and Get one AT&T offer is available when u start a new line of service i.e. one existing line + one new line.....

• That's not exactly how it works, you have to be a AT&T customer not in one of AT&T networks. Both devices must be activated at the time of purchase.

• Nope that's not how it works at all.. Read the fine print. You need to open a new line for the second phone..
