• A:Answer Existing verizon customers can buy this phone as an upgrade or a new line. Be aware that if you buy this phone as an existing customer that you will be put on the 2 GB plan not matter what you currently have, and you won't be able to upgrade it.

Q: QuestionOne best buy review indicates a 2 gb max on data use per month with Verizon plan on this S10e phone. Is this true even with a 8gb shared family plan?

• A:Answer They put stuff on the phone you don't need and it just ups the data usage. For any app you don't use: uninstall, force closed or disable. Depends if you want a phone with things like maps, message and email or do you want movies and games.
