Sorry Bedridden, this phone does not have a stylus nor a pencil. If you buy this unlocked, you should be able to use this on Consumer Cellular, but I'm not sure. I would recommend you either wait for someone else to conform/ deny this, or speak with Consumer Cellular directly.
