A:AnswerNot an answer, but I agree 100%!! I have been with sprint since 1998 (over 20 years) and have never switched. But people who hop from carrier to carrier get better deals than I do. Customer loyalty means nothing anymore.
A:AnswerThis uses a sim card so switching providers is easy. As long as Metro uses sim cards, you should be fine. I checked about switching before I purchased it.
A:AnswerCloud Orange is an online exclusive from Samsung.com
Cloud Orange is currently only available as Unlocked from the factory.
The Unlocked Samsung phones are not compatible with Verizon 5g.
You must specifically buy Verizon's version of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G in order to use any of Verizon's services.
A:AnswerIt absolutely has to be new unless otherwise stated. I'm pretty sure there's laws against selling used anything as new. If that's ever happened buying from a retailer you have a legitimate complaint.
A:AnswerHi RhodaH, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I appreciate you taking the time to raise this inquiry regarding whether Samsung - Galaxy S20 FE 5G (Sprint) will work with Boost mobile.
Boost was previously owned and operated by Sprint. Following the Sprint and T-Mobile merger, DISH has acquired Boost Mobile.
The device you have, Samsung - Galaxy S20 FE 5G (Sprint), is a 5G capable device and will still work with the Sprint network even if the 3G service is turned off.

A:AnswerDidn't look like it had anything out of the box. We purchased a fairly thick screen protector from BestBuy who put it on our pair of phones as they did the setup and data transfer. We also purchased elsewhere screen cases that cover all sides of the phone. Was worried with the thick protector from BestBuy and the additional of the case we be a problem but has worked well so far will only a few times it felt my touches weren't being registered and usually was along the edges.
