A:AnswerI bought mine from Best Buy and my carrier is Sprint. Even though Tmobile owns Sprint now, I still login to Sprint to manage my account. The Best Buy mobile team was able to make sure the S20FE that I ordered was compatible with Sprint (my carrier) and activate my phone right there in store using my Sprint login info. No need to change/update my Sprint plan.
