On Best Buy's product page it's listed as 6GB but that's incorrect. Bought my 256GB model from Best Buy and it has 8GB RAM. Pretty sure 128GB = 6GB, 256GB = 8GB is standard. If you're comparison shopping, watch out for sites that sell the International version with the Exynos chip. You can generally find them cheaper than the Snapdragon models but performance is significantly worse (presume if you're worried about 8GB vs 6GB RAM, you are interested in performance).
