when you add the phone to your cart and select the upgrade option the fine print at the bottom of the sign in page states....... "Those customers Upgrading with a 2-Yr contract who have an Unlimited Data package will be enrolled in the Verizon 2GB Data Plan for that line for $30/month. If you complete this transaction, Unlimited Data cannot be returned to your line of service."
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As stated by others, it appears that selecting the monthly payment option also downgrades your data to 2G/month with no option to revert back to unlimited. If this is accurate, it is criminal that it is only listed in the small print just prior to purchase.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As I read the fine print, it looks like you lose your unlimited plan and revert back to a 2GB plan. What that would mean for me is, I would be paying the same for 2 GB as I am for unlimited.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not if you select the upgrade option. You will log into you cell phone account and select the phone line you want to upgrade. You will pay the $40 and tax on the phone is paid to best buy.
