QuestionI was shocked upgrading from S8 to S10 and learned they did away with the notification light! Edge lighting is nice, but it only flashes ONCE, not every 5 seconds like notification light did. USELESS! Does S20 edge lighting notification continue to flash?

- Answer No. You can however set repeat notifications-on both your s10 and s20. This makes the phone repeat vibrations or notification sounds every time interval set.

QuestionI was looking at Best Buy to upgrade my Verizon phones...noticed verbage (for lack of a better term) near the end of the page when about to finalize the order that states something to the effect that doing so would change my plan. Can anyone clarify?

- Answer I bought mine in store and it did not change my plan. I have Verizon. It just changed the amount my bill is due to adding the phone payment. I have been upgrading my phone at Best Buy for years and only one time did my plan change. But I like to do it in person in case there is an issue.
